There must be hundreds, lining the streets and sleeping on street corners. The modus operenti is to starve mainland men to death. I had visited NOLA 2002-2003, saw you on the streetcar, but was preoccupied. Was coming home from fencing. I fenced for over 7 years, most of them in NOLA and then in Honolulu.
