A note from Jude Acers:

MARILYN SHOCKS WITH FEROCIOUS  CLEVER UNEXPECTED TRANSPOSITION FROM FRENCH DEFENSE TO SMITH MORA MATULOVIC GAMBIT AND WORKS IT OUT AT THE BOARD … SCORES THIRD WORLD CHESS FEDERATION POINT ON THE WALL BOARD.   An absolute must to feature worldwide …THS IS HOW A GREAT PLAYER DEVELOPS.

Update: Jude asked that we add game analysis by Michael Ciamarra:

Congratulations on an exceptionally well played game. Your text book method of gaining space with the e5 pawn, as the wedge, literally cutting Black’s position in two. You handled the two bishops very classically. I especially liked the scope and radiance of your centralized queen on e4, your rook lift to d3, and redeploying the bishop to c1 and queen to f4. Absolute command of the opponent’s dark squares! A nice strategic victory demonstrating good technique!
